I didn’t know why I had such a hard time connecting, and I was SO frustrated because I knew my guides were trying to send me messages.

I felt blocked.

    :-\ well that was disappointing. I felt a little bit like I was back at school and had a difficult maths problem.. I went to the teacher and expressed my feelings, cried then took some deep breaths and the teacher asked “so do you feel better now?” and I just looked at her and thought “what the .. ?! No! of course not! you still havent helped me solve the maths problem!”

    I guess 2 minutes of breathing isn’t going to solve my health issues 😛

      Hi Amber, when the techniques don’t work, it’s usually because we need to take action to improve the situation. The action will dissolve the block, so take action on your health goals. Either make a healthy meal or do some type of exercise you’ve been resisting. When the block isn’t dissolving, it’s because ACTION is necessary at this point.

        Well.. what a night I’ve just had! It’s 7:30am in Australia and I’ve just been given a dream to help explain everything.

        I quite enjoy “frustration”.. It tells me that I’m serious about finding a solution. I get excited. So, as I’ve only just found your website 24hours ago I went and read the Chakra pdf and did the meditation last night and went to sleep.

        My main question in all this was: What is my underlying belief/attitude/fear driving my behaviour and driving my simultaneous desperation to change it.

        I had one of those intimate dreams except I had layer after layer of clothing on. I would remove one item just to find some really hot jacket underneath that I was also wearing and then some complicated corset followed by item after item of restrictive, hot and complicated things that were blocking me from being able to “join in”.

        My dream to me represented that I am not being intimate with life. I’m not connecting in every way.. or rather im hardly connecting at all and I’ve allowed layer after layer of things to block off my connection robbing me of the intimacy of being authentic and having an open-hearted relationship with life.

        So Blocked now = about a 6 🙂

        So now that I feel like I’m slightly more connected to my true motivation – I feel like I focus on that to realistically be able to start loving myself by looking after my health more. For me I give up after 4 hours.. so, as you said.. my first ACTION is to identify the root causes so that I can start making some more permanent decisions out of love rather than out of fear or frustration. Until I can find that, experience tells me that any fighting towards health that I do will go straight out the window as soon as any stress creeps in.

        I just wanted to get back to you. Thank-you 🙂
