Psychic Sunday is a little different today!
I’m doing my beautiful travel thing and while traveling my equipment decided to crap out! Oh no! So instead of a video episode of Psychic Sunday, today I’m going old school.
I’m using words instead of video.
Don’t worry, this won’t be a regular thing, but when life hands you lemons, you go down to the coffee shop and get some frickin’ coffee. 😉
Of course, once you’re in the coffee shop, you have a whole bunch of people who are drinking coffee and emoting at the same time.
If you’re like me, it can be easy to get all that energy stuck inside of you, and then you have your emotions and the entire jittery coffee shop patrons’ emotions all up in your chakras.
How fun is that? Not fun.
So, if you want to get your chakras flowing free and clear with YOUR energy after being in a coffee shop (or anywhere else where people exist and emote simultaneously), I have a technique that can really help take that energy and transmute it into nice, positive and clear energy.
It’s fairly simple, too.
Once you notice you have someone else’s energy in your system (which you can find out by watching the Psychic Sunday episode “Whose Energy Is It?”), you can simply put your hand in front of the area of your body where you’re feeling the energy. If you feel a knot in your stomach, for instance, just put your hand a few inches in front of that spot.
Once your hand is there, just imagine the energy transferring to the palm of your hand. It will feel like warmth, tingling or simply a presence. Keep your hand in that spot until you feel the energy fully transfer out of your body, then put your hands together like you’re holding a ball and imagine white light going into that ball of ick until you feel it dissolve.
This allows the “stuck” energy to be transformed from ick into something high vibration and light. This usually only takes a minute or two, but allow a few extra minutes if you’re new to this or if you are really stressed.
Once you have that little ball o’ stress transformed to love and light, you can continue to do this for any place you feel stress or “ick” or you can call it good and move on. That’s completely up to you.
This is a great little trick that I will sneak off to the bathroom to do if I’m in public and can’t get away for a full meditation or energy clearing. Feel free to use it similarly. Feeling great is your birthright and you deserve to experience happiness and a stress free environment whenever possible!
Attached below is a worksheet I use in my class for releasing stuck energy. This is great if you have 15 – 30 minutes to do some serious energy releasing work and I’m including it as a bonus!

Releasing Stuck Energy Process
Do you have a great tip for releasing stuck energy? Share in the comments below!
1) I go to a natural area– anything that is attractive to me– a plant, animal, mineral, or place.
2) I ask for it’s permission to become involved with it. I gain its consent to help me with this activity. I do the following activity once I am sure the natural thing selected continues to give me some sort of comfortable, attractive feeling.
3) I imagine a webstring between me and my attraction, and ask for any wisdom it has for me. I focus on my breathing as the Earth breathes, and know we are two sides of the same coin. I remember my sense of thirst is equally real as water, and that without this natural sense for breath or thirst, I would not be alive.
4) If I have time, I write down what wisdom this natural attraction had for me and why I liked it. “I like this tree that blooms even though half of its roots are exposed in the air on this cliff, because it is beautiful and thriving.”
5) Then I know myself as nature and change the statement “I like myself even when ground gives way, because I am beautiful and thriving.”
This can be done with something as simple as a houseplant or anything from the natural world in a public space, and can ground you in connection to Earth and healing from nature when people around you are full of chaotic or disturbing energy.
Awesome tips, Erin! Thanks for sharing!
