When I was a newly aware Empath, I often got other people’s physical “stuff” when I went out in public.
Usually it was headaches or joint pain, and it would come on with no warning and I simply assumed it was my own pain.
Over the years I’ve learned differently.
In this video I explain exactly what you can do to stay strong, happy and pain free in public as a Physical Empath.

Seriously. If you have a friend who is in pain because they don’t know how to work with their own natural gifts, email this to them personally.
And as promised, here is the ebook about the poses so you can be sensitive and strong!

Thank you so much for this video!
I just tried it out – and it works perfectly!! I often felt the energy of others stuck somewhere in my body and it took a while until they left. Now it’s all gone!!
I’m thrilled, Eva! You’re welcome.
Brand new in this subject Erin. I always knew I had a good intuition + a special empathy, but it has been since May that I am conscious about the power going thru me.
This post explains what I’ve been feeling around people that I did not understand. I am going to use these techniques that I’m sure will work.
Thabk you Erin.
Thanks for this EA! Very good timing for me!
Happy to help, Tracy!
Thanks for the great video! I like that you mention it is important to spend some time clearing and centering before and after going out. It is really an habit to establish. I see so many empath who do not see this as being necessary. Taking care of our energy field should be like we take care of our body and wash ourselves every day!
Whevever I am out I remember myself to breathe deeply and concentrate on what is happening inside, to spend a few seconds back with myslef helps a lot as well!
Yes, Ophelie! It is important for us to take just care of our energy field just like our physical body! And taking a few breaths is a great way to ground, thanks for sharing! It’s so simple and easy to do.
Great video. So much useful info. This is going to help me enormously. Thanks so much
