When I started working with Shamanic Healings, first on myself and then on others, I knew I wanted to “optimize healing”… if you’ll bear with me with that terribly boring term.
I wanted to create a healing system that healed body, mind and spirit as part of the healing process.
The Shamanic Healing Sessions are DEEP energetic work that starts with the energetic, non-physical roots of the issues you are experiencing and ends with those energetic roots getting healed.
This video is NOT about how to get healed by me (though you can get a session here if you like), it’s about how to heal yourself.
I’m all about empowering you to realize the power you have to heal yourself… to FEEL awesome in your life and know you are the creator of your own experience.
SO, this video invites you to explore the MENTAL aspect of a shamanic healing.
The mental aspect of the process lets you see what you are love and NOT loving about your life… which is the gateway to gaining enough clarity to make GOOD shit happen in your life on the regular.

I agree with you about making the lI STS and being good honest with yourself. I have Morgellons and I have found most healing things have been to be conciensous about these things and to do my best to avoid engaging in those things that my mind thinks it needs but my soul knows I don’t (even more so than doing reiki on myself) . When I give in I get worse but when I do good things I always get rewarded with a rush of healing energy. My list is mental though I am glad u have made a downlaodable one.

A great start and cannot wait for the next video! So glad I got to hear about your website 🙂 The exercise was good and especially when looking at the WISH part of the list as I thought in my head it was going to be this complete non realistic “dream” that no one can ever get in life… But looking at it after writing it, it strikes me that almost all of it is what everyone should have in life and are worthy of having. Bit shocking on one note, but also an affirmation that my own wishes are nothing but realistic after all.
