On May 6th at 11 am PST 50 beautiful souls joined together for an hour long Divine Rest Session.
I am so incredibly honored for all of those who participated and allowed themselves to rest and relax and be filled up.
A few messages came through, and regardless of whether you joined the official session or not, I hope these resonate with you:
1. Rest takes many forms – don’t be afraid to play and rest through something “frivolous” and silly.
2. You do not need to control how rest looks in any given moment – simply ask what it is that you most need to feel fulfilled and peaceful, then follow the guidance. Sometimes it’s meditation, sometimes it’s quiet time with family, sometimes it’s reading a book, and sometimes it’s going out with friends.
3. It’s okay not to stress out. Seriously, even when there are many things that need to be addressed, it’s STILL okay not to stress out about it and to allow peace amidst the chaos of human life. Human life gets chaotic sometimes. That’s totally cool. Stressing out about it is optional. Resting allows you to SEE the other options you have.
4. Allow support. Maybe your support is from your family. Maybe it’s from your angels and guides. Maybe it’s from friends and acquaintances. No matter what, it’s okay to ask for and accept support. You don’t have to do this alone. You didn’t incarnate to be a hermit (unless you’re reading this from the woods – in which case “Hi!” and “Wow you are getting good reception!”)
Before I get to the affirmation subliminal meditation (which is awesome), I’d like to address the anxiety issues from having psychic abilities I saw in many of the entries. I SO understand.
Being sensitive means we have sensitive bodies, and those sensitive bodies can get overwhelmed easily.
I have created a PDF that has my BEST technique for getting that sensitive body of yours feeling good and anxiety free (or at least diminished) in only 10 minutes a day.

It’s subliminal, so you won’t consciously hear the affirmations unless you turn the volume up almost all the way and even then it could be hard to hear.
It’s recommended that you listen to this daily. You can listen to it in the background while doing other things (like work, exercise, household chores, etc), while meditating, or anything else.
Some people love to listen to subliminal messages while sleeping, since it allows the subconscious to get programmed even deeper.
