Before I understood the intuition, I got a lot of psychic hits. But I didn’t do a damn thing with them because I didn’t know what they meant. Can you say frustrating? I hated it.

And because I didn’t know how to interpret them properly I made all kinds of incorrect assumptions about myself:

• I wasn’t *that* intuitive
• Trusting yourself doesn’t work
• Intuitive people were just lucky – a somewhat normal person couldn’t do what they do

Interpretation is how you take the weird, nebulous and fragmented pieces your body-mind is giving you and turn it into a cohesive plan. It’s how you develop trust in yourself and the universe, because those interpretations turn out to give you good info.
