    Hi,

Thank you so much for this video. Its really wonderful.
About my experience; I am an extremely emphathic person (emotional for sure; not sure anything else — i have experience of getting other peoples thirst, hunger, heart pain etc … not sure that falls in which category) .

As you have described in your video about Transmutation of energy (though I did not knew anything about it until listening to your video just now !! ) I can say that; I can make anybody happy or relaxed within half an hours time. I do that everyday. I have a bunch of people whom I know they have different problems ; and when I meditate; I take everyones name and imagine that ; they are also with me in my meditation ; when I inhale — I imagine the golden rays from the ” Source” is coming and filling and surrounding all of us with it and while exhaling ; all our worries and needs etc etc is going to the “Source” and surrendering all of us to God. I do this continuosly for about minimum, 20-30 minutes or so… and I can see that whomever are there in my imaginery mediation group; they are happy and peaceful.(though there problems are solved or not — I dont know; but I can see them in peace and happiness ——- Note : most of the people are not aware about it that; I am including them in my prayer meditation group — it is just by hearing their problems either from them or through someone else or by seeing them; I feel so sad for them and include them in my mediation group) .
This transmutation of energy which you have explained in your video is very true. Thank you so much .

I love when people come to me for advice, sympathy or when they just have problems in their lives. I’m able to put myself in their shoes without totally “owning” the problem. Therefore, it makes it easier for me to help them along and get them going on in the right direction. I can easily let their energy go without it affecting me after I’ve spoke with them. I feel good because I know that I have helped someone going through a rough patch in their life and I’m able to transform back into my own level and not let their problems effect my life.

Hi this is Ed. It is slowly dawning on me that 90% of my thoughts throughout the day are external. They affect my behaviour literally minute by minute. While I can see that as a benefit, I also struggle at my own home, because I had not understood when I bought it 12 years ago, in the middle of a housing estate on the edge of beautiful countryside, that my mood when I get back home, is profoundly affected by those around me. I have to fight off anxiety, and impure thoughts, and loads of negative stuff, I have only understood this since following your program Erin. Yes I have prayed into the physical pain of others and got good results. Sometimes others know about me before I know about them. I met a Monk on Saturday, at a course on faith, and he , emailed me the following day with a specific request to help him with my prayers!, Yesterday I had security clearance to participate in a study group for certain world leaders, and some of the thoughts were breaking “sound” barriers – just thinking about them this morning. Then I get home last night and as usual get bombarded with the horrid thoughts of my neighbours. Mixed views in “benefits” Erin. I am a slow learner, I have to think for several days on everything I learn from you.

I am the emotional empath. I know since short time that I am an empath. So far, I have not experienced many benefits for me, but I observed that people in some emotional need (esp. the narcissitic) really like me.
I know that animals come to me when they are sick . I massaged a sick cat into a much healthier state past months.
I love the idea that compassion heal -the most healing energy. I am working on turning it at me,the transmutation.
I used to dance, do sports and I felt well, when I stopped, some tougher emotions showed up.
I try again some physical activity -yoga, breathing in order to move the body and the emotions…and it is really helpful. Looking forward to do the empaths- confident postures.

I have an additional ability of sensing the intent of someone. When I meet someone in instantly know if they are good people, are they shady ppl with hidden agendas. I’m not sure if I’m explaining it right. I have told a few ppl about this feeling. They thought I was being harsh to only come to be right everytime. I just smile without having to say I told you so. I’m not sure how this comes into play with being sensitive but I know it has to be connected.

This is a normal part of being an empath. ๐Ÿ™‚ It can be very helpful to have that knowledge. Thanks for sharing!
