Happy New Years! 2017 started off with a bang here in Glitter Cat Headquarters. The resident Judgy-monster Jade has informed me that she needs more pets, treats and toys.
With a new year comes new beginnings and this is a 1 year numerologically. That means it’s the BEST time to start a new thing – a new career, a new hobby, a new relationship or a new cycle.
If you’ve felt called to become a professional psychic, then you know that it can seem waaaaay intimidating to think about doing a reading for a stranger. You have to talk to someone you don’t know (which is torture for my fellow introverts anyway), tell them about their life (and be right), then tell them stuff they don’t know about their life without them giving you anything put a picture. WHEW! Can you say anxiety?
That’s how I felt when I started my own psychic services.
Now, when I train others to become psychics, I look for the 7 Standards to see if they are ready to train as a professional. Please note that some mentorships and trainings address many of these – so don’t rule yourself out if you don’t have them all, yet. (I usually look for someone to have about 4-5 of the 7 before working with them.)

- Personal Guides Standard
- Action Standard
- Energy Clearing Standard
- Meditation Standard
Once you have the 7 Standards down, then dive into doing practice readings! Remember, you want to do 40 – 100 practice readings before you start charging.
