Your best will fluctuate from moment to moment. Sometimes your best at *this* moment will be quite a bit lower than your best at another moment.
And that’s ok.
If you continually reach for your best in each moment, excellence will become a way of life, and your lows will continually get higher and higher.
Honor yourself for doing your best now, and forgive yourself for any moment in the past where you did not do your best.

When we talk about “alignment” it can be easy to assume it’s an abstract concept or that there’s no way to judge our alignment other than our feelings or senses.
This is not remotely true. Another way to explore our alignment is to replace the word with “congruence.”
Are our actions and beliefs congruent with what we say we want? Are we congruent within our own ethics and codes of conduct? If the answer is no, then we are not in alignment.

Make a list of complaints, grievances, and annoyances. They are the starting place for everything.
Take that list, and from it discover and decide what you would like instead.
If you have limiting beliefs and/or destructive habits, clear them out.
