Earlier this year, I went through a rather nasty break up. I was engaged, and he left me for someone else. Right after the breakup, my intuition was all but off-line.
I couldn’t tune in, and when I could, I wasn’t positive that I got the correct intuitive information. Until that point, I had no idea how much I used my intuition for everyday life. I used it to make decisions whether they were big decisions (should I move?) or little decisions (will the eggs be best for me right now, or should I just drink some juice?). KEEP READING
Today is day 2 of my official radical intuition trial. In case you missed the original article, through the month of November, I’m staying tuned into my intuition and following the guidance for every action I take — big or small. So far it’s fascinating.
I’m discovering a lot more about how my intuition works, and what helps me tune into it, and what disrupts it and corrupts the messages its trying to send me.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been feeling a little disconnected to my intuition. Here I am, an intuition coach, and I didn’t feel like I was fully utilizing my intuition.
Sometimes I would get an intuitive hit, but would delay action on it. I would hold onto the hit until I felt like I had time, and sometimes I wouldn’t even act on it at all.
It didn’t feel right. It felt like hypocrisy.
It felt like I was lying to the world about who I was and what I really stood for. KEEP READING
