It’s the morning of a conference, and as an empath, I find myself thinking about how to deal with all the people with heightened emotions that I am going to encounter.

How can I deal with the overwhelm that comes with being a sensitive? How can I make sure that I am getting everything I want to out of the conference without being distracted by the thoughts and feelings of others? What if I accidentally sit next to a highly emotional or anxious person?

Faith: Acting on Your Intuition When Friends Discourage You

There are only two steps we need to take to grow our intuitions.

1. Get guidance from our intuition.

2. Act on our intuition.

Everything I teach my clients to do revolves around one of these two steps. EVERYTHING. If we want to be masters of intuition, we must do both steps consistently.

The Importance of Authenticity in Intuitive Development

I wish someone had told me the importance of authenticity when I was first developing my intuition, because it would have saved me soooo much time, energy and confusion.

Maybe I was reading the wrong books and blog posts, but I had to discover how important authenticity is to developing my intuition by trial and error.
