A few weeks ago, we had our monthly group support call for the Pro Psychic Mechanics course. It’s a safe place for folks to talk about their experiences as they become professionals and to ask advice and support one another.

Many times when we start a spiritual practice, we do so with the very best of intentions.
We want to align with our highest good, health, wealth, and well-being.
We want to invite peace.
We want to create a sense of connection.
But sometimes these spiritual practices can unwittingly turn into something that do the opposite – they rob us of our joy, create a mountain of “shoulds,” and end up making us feel disconnected.
