When we talk about “alignment” it can be easy to assume it’s an abstract concept or that there’s no way to judge our alignment other than our feelings or senses.
This is not remotely true. Another way to explore our alignment is to replace the word with “congruence.”
Are our actions and beliefs congruent with what we say we want? Are we congruent within our own ethics and codes of conduct? If the answer is no, then we are not in alignment.

There are 6 steps to getting what you want.
Make a list of complaints, grievances, and annoyances. They are the starting place for everything.
Take that list, and from it discover and decide what you would like instead.
If you have limiting beliefs and/or destructive habits, clear them out.
Feel how it would be to be/do/have what you want. Make it as real as you possibly can. KEEP READING
“Erin-Ashley?” A student in one of my classes approached me hesitantly, “I can’t hear my guides. I meditate. I ask my question, and nothing comes. What’s wrong with me?”
I wish I could say this is an uncommon concern among my students and clients, but I find an overwhelming majority of people believe they can’t hear their guides, and far worse, that something is wrong with them.
