I’m Erin-Ashley — and I’m a sensitive person.
If you’re reading this, I suspect you are, too.
Each of us wants to become the person we’re supposed to be.
We feel that we have a purpose in the world and a genuine desire to help.
But we face obstacles in our paths that hold us back.
Even more frustrating, some of those obstacles are inside us! Argh!
It’s those inner obstacles inside us that are the hardest to see and move past.
Even when we know they are there, we feel helpless to actually do anything about them — which makes things even worse, because we’re sensitive enough to notice exactly how stuck we are.
It means we struggle with the same limiting beliefs over and over again.
Plus, while we struggle with those inner obstacles, the challenges outside of us start to pile up.
- Money issues…
- Trouble dealing with other people and their emotions, especially negative ones (we feel more comfortable around animals)…
- Health problems…
- Not having the physical or emotional energy to do the work we need to do, as other people’s problems always seem to land on our plates…
These things pile on and it all feels like a huge overwhelming mess we’re not able to fix.
We know intuitively that it would be SO GREAT if we could — somehow — find ourselves and unlock our unique potential in all areas of our lives. Then we could make a difference in the world AND in our own backyards with our families and people close to us.
But the inner and outer obstacles keep us feeling stuck and unable to find our real selves.
And the more stuck we feel, the further away we feel from accomplishing our goals, as time seems to slip right on by.
I have good news, fellow sensitive person.
In the last several years I’ve made real progress in getting out of those feelings of being stuck and overwhelmed — and becoming the person I’m supposed to be.
Even better, I refined my long process into a short series of simple steps that I can teach you in just a couple hours.
And that’s exactly what I am going to do.
I put together a training that I call True Confidence for Sensitive People.
Here’s what it means for you.
True Confidence is becoming who you’re supposed to be.
It’s normal for spiritual people like us to shy away from confidence and power.
They feel kind of dangerous because we feel a sense of safety in where we are without them now.
Where we are now is familiar. The unknown isn’t.
We worry that if we were to step into our personal power, people would judge us for it. That when we make mistakes, people would criticize us harshly. That we could hurt people.
It feels like being seen in that way would be risky.
But here’s what I have to tell you…
Those fears are just that — fears.
You can become who you are supposed to be. And when you do, you understand how to get what you need while doing your life’s work.
It means having the tools to succeed and prosper.
Here’s an example.
When you feel stuck and don’t know how to do something, the fear of making a mistake can be paralyzing. You worry that maybe you don’t have what it takes to learn how to do it right.
When you experience True Confidence, you can comfortably recognize what you need to do or learn to get the result you want. You don’t feel a need to fret but instead can move forward.
You go from feeling stuck and out of control to being able to handle the inner AND outer obstacles.
Spiritual practitioners have a tendency sometimes to ignore the practical “real life” stuff that we have to deal with.
I don’t do that here.
I understand that it’s all connected.
When we feel confident in ourselves, we can take the actions we need to in order to support ourselves and our families’ financial and physical needs. And when we feel stuck in the same place, it’s hard to maintain any feeling of confidence and build momentum.
It’s like a loop.
Taking care of your physical needs means you can supercharge your spiritual goals. It allows you to build a positive loop that propels you forward instead of a negative one that keeps you stuck.
I teach you to build True Confidence while honoring where you are now AND who You really are.
When we feel stuck, we can trick ourselves into believing that to feel confident would be inauthentic for us.
It makes us feel like if we were to be confident, it would mean changing who we are — and everything that comes with that.
What about our partners? What about our families, our friends? What would people think of us then?
But that’s all a trick of the negative loop we get stuck in as sensitive people.
Yes, it’s true that when you build True Confidence, things can change for you.
Here’s what it meant for me:
- I met and married the man of my dreams.
- I live in my dream house exactly where I want to live.
- I do work I love that sustains me and feels meaningful. I get to help people.
The negative loop forces us to focus our attention on the things we fear rather than on our goals.
True Confidence helps us release improper expectations of ourselves and those negative thought pattern loops.
It lets us understand intuitively the importance of speaking our truth.
We can prioritize our own needs in ways that help other people, too.
True Confidence is an inside-out job that feels grounded, calm, peaceful, and certain. It is not forced.
You get to watch everything unfold in a beautiful way as you feel like the person you want to be.
I believe this is all possible for you.
Let me tell you a little bit about what I teach in this training so that you can become the person you want to be:
- I illustrate how sensitive bodies like ours work.
- I introduce you to Leaky Chakra Syndrome and its causes — and how it’s holding you back.
- I explain the difference between True Confidence and Forced Confidence.
- I share with you my favorite, easy-to-use techniques for building True Confidence and stepping into your Truth.
- …and more!
Understanding what leads to you feeling stuck in negative loops helps you get out of it.
And the methods I share for building True Confidence will have you well on your way to meeting ALL your needs — financial, physical, spiritual — and becoming who you want to be.
To make sure I teach you everything in the best possible way, allowing you time to properly integrate, the training is divided into three two-hour sessions.
